I am determined to lose some weight. I am currently at 65 kg and I want to be 55kg.

I have given myself a goal.

10 weeks
5 times a week at the gym

= 50 gym visits

of those visits, I have 20 with a personal trainer (all paid for).
of the 30 remaining, I have:

30 minutes on rowing trainer
2 circuits of the weights
30 minutes on rowing trainer again
10 minutes on treadmill.

I have gone tonight and done all the above. That means I have 49 visits left.
