I have decided that I am going to actively make my life what I want it to be.
These are the areas I am going to focus on:

Weight

I currently weigh 65kg.
I want to weigh 55kg.

Current BMI: 24
Goal BMI: 20

Measurements

Current
Waist: 32inch
Hip: 38inch

Goal
Waist: 27inch
Hip: 37inch

Organisation

I want to keep my house organised.
I want to keep my life organised.

Business

I want to make Nutrimetics work.

Now, how am I going to do this?
Well I have made a plan for my weight - measurement goals.
I am going to the gym 5 days a week for 10 weeks.
2 of those days are with a personal trainer.
In addition, I will spend a 6th day working on my flexibility. (I want to be VERY flexible).
I am also making a 10 week diet plan for myself.

All I have to do now is make sure I keep my motivation and will power up and keep persisisting with making my life what I want it to be.

10 weeks isn't really that long. That is one term of school.... I should be able to do this!!

Mmmmm I've been teaching a program to my kids, called program Achieve. It tells you that there are 5 keys that ensure success in your life. These are:

Emotional Resilience,
Persistence,
Organisation,
Getting Along, and
Confidence.

I feel that I need to start focusing on some of these things. I want to be successful at:

Losing weight
Nutrimetics
Managing money
Keeping Tarlach happy.

So, let's focus on what I need to look at:

Losing Weight

Emotional Resilience
I need to not let platues in my weight upset me.
I need to not let little 'give-ins' to dominate me.
I need to not let temtation get the better of me.
I need to not let others make me feel bad about myself.

Persistence
No matter what, I need to continue with my plan.
I must try my best.
I must not let a slip in my diet allow me to quit.
I must reach my goal before I stop.

Organisation
I must create a plan for exercise.
I must create a plan for diet.
I must organise my kitchen to aid in resisting temptation (ie not have a huge block of chocolate great me in the fridge every day).

Getting Along
I must not get snappy at Tarlach when he offers advice and tries to help me.
I should find a support person.
I should listen to all advice (does not mean I have to follow it all).

Confidence
I must believe that I can do this - because I can!.
I must believe that I am beautiful.

Nutrimetics

Emotional Resilience
I need to not let slow periods get to me.
I must not allow incentives to shield my goals.
I must not let people's negative views affect my views.

Persistence
No matter what, I need to continue with my plan.
I must try my best.
I must not stop when things get hard.

Organisation
I must work to a plan.
I must organise my study for a work environment.
I must run my business like a business.

Getting Along
I must be friendly to all nutrimetics ladies and customers.
I must not complain to other people when my business is running slow. (except those above me)
Smile!

Confidence
I must believe that I can do this - because I can!.
Keep my eye on the goal.

Managing money

Emotional Resilience
I need to not let myself get down about lack of money.
I must not get excited about things I can not yet afford.

Persistence
Don't buy things I can't afford.
Put money aside for savings.

Organisation
